1. About Twirloo

Twirloo specializes in kids’ costumes, balloons, and party accessories. Our goal is to make every celebration fun, creative, and memorable.

2. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD).
• Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
• Twirloo reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.
  

3. Delivery

• We offer delivery across Kuwait.
• Delivery time varies between 1–3 business days depending on location and product availability.
• Please ensure your delivery information is correct — Twirloo is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.
  

4. Product Information

We do our best to display all product details accurately. However, slight variations in color, design, or packaging may occur due to photography or screen settings.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Twirloo order!
If you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how we can help:

A. Eligibility

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags attached.
• Costumes including customized orders, accessories, and balloons are non-returnable.

We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used costumes, wigs, or balloon sets
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Sale or clearance items

C. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are possible for size or product defects within 3 days of delivery.
• If the desired size/item is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be offered.

D. Defective or Wrong Item

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

E. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the item is received and inspected. Refunds are made via the original payment method or store credit.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

7. Privacy & Security

We respect your privacy. Your personal information is used solely to process and deliver your orders. We never share or sell your data to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and designs on the Twirloo website and social media are the property of Twirloo. They may not be copied or used without written permission.
